コロナヴィルス感染予防のために多くのゲームイベントが中止となり、その代わりに次々とオンライン化しつつあります。そのメリットを挙げると、これまで現地まで足を運ぶことしか出来なかったイベントの多くは世界のどこに住んでいても、簡単に参加できるようになりました。
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, many game events have been cancelled, with some of them converted to online events. The good news is that most of those events are now accessible by anyone, without leaving the comfort of home.
具体例を挙げると、毎年3月末にロンドンで開催されているEGX Rezzedというゲームイベントが先日完全にデジタルで開催されました。そこで、スタッフやゲーム業界のスピーカー、メディア、ゲームストリーマーなどが集まって、オンラインで様々インディーゲームに関するコンテンツを無料でアクセスできるようになりました。
For example EGX Rezzed, usually based in London, shifted to a digital edition on March 26th-28th where organizers, media or game streamers gathered to offer free access to content highlighting indie games.

そこで、asobuチームも東京インディーズ交流会と力を合わせて、オンラインイベントを立ち上げることになり、その名も「インディーコレクションJAPAN」となります。
4月21日（火）20時からasobuのDiscordサーバーとTwitchでの開催となり、近日改めてブログにて詳細を共有させていただく予定です。
In that context, asobu teamed with Tokyo Indies Meetup to organize an online event named Indie Collection JAPAN on April 21th, 20:00 (JST), which will be held on asobu’s Discord server and Twitch. More info to come very soon on this blog.
